Finding and aligning with your authenticity (rather than fighting it) is a huge factor in leaving behind destructive patterns and creating healthy, productive habits for life. We are all capable of being our “best” selves as we embark upon our journey.
Individual Therapy with Molly
If you find yourself here, you might be feeling stuck, burnt out or overwhelmed. Maybe angry in your relationships or even at yourself. You’ve come to the right place. I have decades of experience working with clients in all stages of life, specifically with the LGBTQ+ community, dealing with trauma, family issues, addiction, codependency, grief and anxiety. I am not only queer and part of the LGBTQ community, I also came from an evangelical background and experienced great loss when realizing I was queer. However, with hard work and supportive people around me, I was able to find joy and clarity on the other side. As a Licensed Therapist, I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Level 1 trained w/ the Gottman Institute. If you are interested in individual therapy, I would feel honored to walk alongside you during your journey. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California, who provides 100% virtual/online therapy to individuals. For all clients not residing in CA, I also provide “coaching” sessions!
PRIVATE PAY:
If insurance does not apply OR you do not reside in California, my fee for therapy/coaching is only $175/session. I also have a limited number of sliding scale appointments available. Superbills can be provided upon request.
